Thanks for a great year and a half. Unfortunately my time in the mansion has come to an end (at least living there), but I have appointed a worthy successor, you may know him as Dan Lieber. You guys rock the shit. Keep it real, stay fly/fresh, and make sure Feldt fixes that hole in the wall.
